Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. We take special care to ensure that all plants being shipped are of the best possible quality. Any deficiencies in quality are shown and noted prior to purchase. All orders are shipped with an acclimation guide. Detailing how to properly care for your new plant while it adjusts to its new home.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Shipping can be stressful for plants. Minor leaf damage, leaf die off, slight yellowing of the lower leaves, leaf dropping, can happen during shipping. If you notice any significant damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help rectify the situation. Please be sure to include an unboxing video to show plant quality upon delivery. 

We are not responsible for plants that are damaged during the winter months due to cold if heat pack and insulation is not purchased. it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase this add-on if required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All plant sales and soil sales are final and cannot be returned. Plant accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase. All accessories must be in their original condition with no signs of use/wear before requesting a return. We reserve the right to decline any request for return based on its condition.

Exchanges
Exchanges of plants are not offered for shipped plants. However, exchanges at local sales will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
